Production & OEM Services

What OEM/ODM services do you offer?

Our comprehensive OEM/ODM services include: Custom design from CAD to final mold creation, logo implementation (screen printing, laser engraving, enamel filling), private label support with custom packaging and tags, rapid prototyping and sampling, and complete product development. We handle everything from initial concept to export-ready products.

What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?

MOQs vary by product complexity and customization level. For standard designs: 300 pieces per style. For custom OEM with logo: 500-1000 pieces per design. For completely new ODM development: 2000-5000 pieces per style. We offer flexible cooperation models including phased delivery for larger orders.

How long does production take?

Production timelines depend on order complexity: Standard existing designs: 7-15 days. OEM with logo customization: 15-25 days. Complete ODM new product development: 25-45 days. Sample production: 3-7 days. We provide detailed production schedules and regular updates throughout the manufacturing process.

Can you create custom packaging and branding?

Yes, we offer complete packaging and branding solutions: custom gift boxes, jewelry pouches, branded tags and cards, retail-ready cartons with your branding, barcoding and product labeling, and insert cards with care instructions. This ensures your products are completely retail-ready upon delivery.

Quality & Materials

What grade of stainless steel do you use?

We primarily use 316L surgical grade stainless steel, which is hypoallergenic, corrosion-resistant, and safe for sensitive skin. For specific applications, we also use 304 stainless steel. All materials are SGS certified for purity and safety. Our stainless steel is nickel-free and meets international jewelry safety standards.

What quality control measures do you have?

Our strict QC protocols include: material purity testing at incoming inspection, plating thickness verification, clasp and closure functionality testing, surface finish quality checks, dimensional accuracy verification, and final packaging inspection. Each batch undergoes multiple quality checkpoints before shipping.

Do you offer PVD plating and color options?

Yes, we offer PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) plating for lasting color and durability. Available colors include: gold (various shades), rose gold, black, gunmetal, rainbow, and custom colors upon request. PVD plating provides superior wear resistance compared to traditional electroplating methods.

Are your products eco-friendly and certified?

Yes, our products are eco-friendly and certified. We use recycled stainless steel materials when possible, SGS certification for material safety and purity, lead-free and cadmium-free production processes, and environmentally responsible manufacturing practices. We can provide certification documents upon request.

Shipping & Orders

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer multiple shipping options: Express shipping (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for samples and urgent orders (3-7 days), air freight for medium-sized orders (5-10 days), and sea freight for large bulk orders (20-35 days). We also provide door-to-door service and can arrange customs clearance assistance.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide with extensive export experience. We're familiar with customs requirements for major markets including USA, Europe, Australia, Canada, and other regions. We provide all necessary export documentation and can assist with import compliance requirements.

How do you package products for shipping?

Products are carefully packaged in protective materials: individual jewelry pieces in anti-tarnish pouches, grouped in branded boxes or display cards, secured in export cartons with foam padding, and sealed with tamper-evident tape. We ensure products arrive in perfect condition regardless of shipping method.

Can you provide tracking and insurance?

Yes, all shipments include full tracking information from pickup to delivery. We provide tracking numbers immediately after dispatch and can arrange cargo insurance for high-value orders. Regular shipping updates keep you informed throughout the delivery process.

Pricing & Terms

How do you calculate pricing?

Pricing is based on several factors: material weight and grade, design complexity and manufacturing difficulty, order quantity (volume discounts available), customization level (logo, plating, packaging), and current material costs. We provide detailed quotations within 24 hours including all costs and specifications.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods: T/T (wire transfer) - 30% deposit, 70% before shipping, PayPal for smaller orders and samples, L/C (Letter of Credit) for established customers, and Western Union for urgent payments. Payment terms can be negotiated for long-term partnerships.

Do you offer sample policies?

Yes, we offer flexible sample policies: existing design samples available for cost + shipping, custom samples charged at development cost (refundable with bulk order), fast sampling within 3-7 days, and sample costs deducted from first production order over minimum quantity. This allows you to evaluate quality before committing to large orders.

What cooperation models do you offer?

We offer flexible cooperation models: one-time project orders, phased delivery for large orders, long-term partnership agreements with preferential pricing, exclusive design development, and private label manufacturing. We adapt to your business model whether you're a startup or established brand.
