PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a vacuum-based coating process that bonds a thin metallic layer onto the jewelry surface. It is far more durable than traditional electroplating -- typically 5-10× more scratch and tarnish resistant.

Standard colors include 18K gold, rose gold, black, gunmetal, silver, and champagne gold. Custom PVD colors can be developed for large orders. We maintain consistent color batches across production runs.

With normal daily wear and proper care, PVD-coated stainless steel jewelry can maintain its finish for 3-5 years or longer. It is highly resistant to sweat, water, and light chemicals.

PVD coating adds an extremely thin layer (typically 0.5-5 microns), so it has negligible effect on dimensions or weight. Ring sizes and tolerances remain accurate post-coating.

Our QC process has four stages: (1) Incoming material inspection, (2) In-process production checks at key stages, (3) Pre-shipment final inspection of finished goods, and (4) Packaging and labeling verification. We maintain detailed QC reports for every order.

Yes. We welcome and support third-party inspections by agencies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek. Please arrange the inspection before shipment and notify us of the scheduled date.

Our target defect rate is below 0.5%. If defective items are found post-delivery, we will replace them in your next order or issue a credit note. Our after-sales team responds within 24 hours.

Yes. We can provide SGS test reports covering REACH, RoHS, Nickel Release, and heavy metals upon request. Reports can be customized for specific destination market requirements (EU, US, etc.).

Standard stock designs: MOQ 100 pieces per style. Custom OEM designs: MOQ 200 pieces per style. Mixed-style orders: each style must meet its individual MOQ, but styles can be combined in one shipment.

We understand that new clients may want to test quality before committing. We offer trial orders at slightly higher unit prices for quantities below standard MOQ. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

There is no fixed minimum order value. However, very small orders may incur higher per-unit costs and setup fees. We recommend combining multiple styles to optimize your cost per piece.

We ship via: Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for samples and small orders; Air freight for medium-sized urgent shipments; Sea freight (LCL/FCL) for large bulk orders. We work with trusted freight forwarders for competitive rates.

We support EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Yiwu/Shanghai/Ningbo), CIF, and DAP. FOB is our most common term for B2B clients. We can also arrange door-to-door DDP shipping upon request.
