Wholesale pricing is prepared against the actual design, material, finish, order quantity and delivery scope. A written quotation gives buyers a reliable basis for comparing suppliers and approving an order.
Pricing policy: We quote each project individually. There is no universal unit price for all stainless steel jewelry. Send your product references and specifications so we can confirm availability, production feasibility and current costs.
What determines the unit price?
- Design and construction: dimensions, weight, component count, stone settings, assembly and polishing requirements.
- Material: the required 304 or 316L grade, material sourcing and any verification requested for the order.
- Finish: polished, brushed or satin surfaces, PVD colour, masking and the agreed finishing specification.
- Quantity and assortment: pieces per design, colour and size; stock availability and whether dedicated production is required.
- Branding and packing: laser logos, tags, cards, pouches, gift boxes, individual bags and carton requirements.
- Testing and delivery: SKU-specific tests, destination, shipping method, Incoterm and arrival deadline.

Check that each supplier includes the same material, dimensions, finish, component quality, quantity, packaging and delivery terms. Request separate confirmation of sample or tooling charges, testing fees, freight, quoted currency, lead time and quote validity. A lower headline price may describe a different product or exclude part of the required scope.
Sampling, testing and order confirmation
Approve a representative sample and the written specification before bulk production. Testing requirements depend on the product and destination market. Ask which existing reports apply to your item and whether a new SKU-specific test is needed. Additional test costs, sample fees and tooling are confirmed in the quotation. An inquiry or estimate does not constitute a confirmed production order.

Is shipping included?
Shipping is included only when the written quotation explicitly states the agreed scope. Confirm the named delivery point, Incoterm, freight, duties and customs responsibilities before ordering.
